People Philosophy

The company has opted for a philosophy to maintain a CLEAN organization which expects all employees to follow the principles of being CLEAN which are as follows

People Welfare

Heidelberg is committed to look after the general welfare of its employees and their families. These cover Loan facilities for education and marriage of employees’ children, provision of various recreational facilities at the plant locations like clubs, gymnasium etc. Healthcare is an important aspect which the company is focussing on for its employees. We have established hospitals and schools at the plant sites for our employees and their families and have also established tie ups with reputed hospitals for medical treatments. . In addition, there are regular health check-up camps and programmes for general wellbeing of the employees.
